#ShoptoDonate: First Fundraiser in One Loudoun, A Great Success!
15% of SRS sales distributed to 15 local non-profits.
We are happy to say that our very first fundraising opportunity in One Loudoun was a great success! This was held at the Sterling Restaurant Supply store during the last two weeks of September. The “Shop to Donate” program offered an opportunity for SRS to donate 15% of all sales during this period to 15 Loudoun County nonprofit organizations. Additionally, our customers were able to select which nonprofit would receive the benefit of their purchases. During this time we raised over $6,000 for these organizations. Not too bad for our first initiative in our new One Loudoun home! A special thanks to all the non-profits that partnered in this opportunity with us. Because of the non profits’ efforts to share this campaign with their own networks the store gained over 200 new customers! A true demonstration of coming together to build a stronger Loudoun Community!
