Job Description

The Strategic Account Coordinator supports the efforts to develop sales force effectiveness and support functions essential to sales force productivity.  These efforts include, but are not limited to:  planning, reporting, tracking key performance metrics. 

In addition, as a key member of the Commercial Food Service Team, the position will also be called upon to work effectively with important internal roles/functions such as Customer Service, Strategic Account Team, Restaurant Team, Operations, Supply Chain, etc. 

Finally, the position supports the Strategic Account Team and Key Account Team, as needed.  In such a capacity, there will be times when the position will also help facilitate sales to new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sales process by supporting our Field Selling Team.
  • a. Working directly with Field Sellers in a support capacity
  • b. Working closely with Director of Sales as well as the Strategic Account Coordinators and Strategic Account Managers
• Support Senior Level Sales Management team in Key Account Interactions
• Work with Strategic Account Director to help foster an environment of ongoing learning.
• Actively participates in meetings and day-to-day communication with Key Accounts customers.
• Track and manage leads and opportunities of the Sales Department Key Accounts, including all new build and renovation pipelines.
• Assists with industry and market research to help sales management in identifying, analyzing and establishing ROI potential for new and existing customers and channels.
• Be able to interact with all disciplines of the organization (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, etc.).
• Utilize / Champion project management tools to track and manage sales leads and opportunities.
• Help coordinate sales functions (planning, addressing questions from Field Sellers, follow-up, execution, etc.).
• Partner with the Strategic Account team to coordinate tradeshows, sponsorships, sales meetings and other company events.
• Help track sales performance and opportunities (using NetSuite).
• Help manage information to inside sales team and Field Sales Team.
• Enforcement of data integrity and process flow.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the CFS Team, and across the organization.
• Attend company sponsored tradeshows as needed (some travel may be required).
• Attend and participate in product training and other training as required.
• Keep informed of new products, services, market trends/developments, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales assistance for all customers, Territory Sales Managers, and internal colleagues across the Commercial Food Service, Concept Restaurant and Events, and Export divisions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Respond to Customers, Territory Sales Managers and internal colleagues inquiries by phone and/or email.
• Set up Customers in Netsuite system utilizing forms sent via DocuSign
• Ensure that all quotes and orders are being accurately entered, updated, and completed in Netsuite in a timely manner.
• Direct problem resolution in response to order discrepancies and stock outages.
• Update customer records as needed.
• Track Customers orders utilizing a transit management system, or communication with the shipping department as necessary.

Job Description

The Import/Export Coordinator is responsible for providing international logistics support to internal and external customers. This position performs administrative duties to ensure assigned company and department operations flow smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Process invoices for international small package shipments
• Provide export alerts and documents as required for shipments
• Process and create ship line orders as needed for consolidated shipments
• Route Collect/Third Party international freight according to customers routing instructions
• Coordinate and process international shipments for various distributors and FTS International Tableware partners and other international customers as required
• Prepare BOL’s
• Classify international vendor invoices with HTS numbers for importation
• Assist the Logistics Manager with other adminstrative tasks

• Unpack, organize, catalog, physical inventory of factory-received samples.
• Use Asana and Smartsheet to create and track project timelines.
• Create presentations and collateral for internal product review meetings.
• Communicate with stakeholders, ensure adequate hand-off of tasks.
• Document processes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they relate to the role and successful execution of project goals.
• Support the team with operational Product Development initiatives.

• Manage inbound and outbound sample requests and catalog activity.
• Own physical inventory of samples; unpacking, organizing, cataloguing samples ranging from first concept to 'top of production'.
• Support Product Development team in product and packaging sample reviews.
• Create project timelines and execute plans using project management software such as Asana and Smartsheet.
• Document repeatable processes by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other forms of documentation needed to successfully execute on project goals.
• Create Product Development presentations for internal new product meetings and pitch to customers as collateral is needed.
• Ensure adequate communication and hand-off of tasks between Product Development and its collaborators, including external partners and internal stakeholders.  
• Troubleshoot Product Development issues and takes ownership to ensure project completeness.
• Provide project management and operational support for Product Development Initiatives.
